Paul Mwaponda is a mechanical engineer (UoN), with an MBA (UoN) and Certified marketer (CIM). Paul is a consultant in Oil & Gas, covering Projects and Business Strategy. He has extensive experience in the oil & gas industry and in the auto industry in Kenya & beyond. He also runs a small Christian charity supporting churches in low-income areas of Kenya.
A “certified” autodidact, especially in the area of cloud server setup and administration, a DIYer and avid motorsports fan who lives in Kibiko area, Kajiado West.
Paul started the motorcylist journey, training and obtaining his road license, in 2009. Circumstances delayed the dream until 2023 when he undertook refresher training and purchased his first motorbike at age 55. This is his first leadership position in the motorcyclist community. Also, a TikToker and YouTuber.

As a Loctician, he is known for crafting clean, unique and statement-making locs that stand out. Through STEPONE KENYA, he directs and produces music videos that turn artistic vision into visual culture.
Off the set and outside the studio, NADDA is a dedicated motorcylist with years of road experience since 2019 — carrying the same energy, style and precision onto two wheels.

John is an IT expert with over two decades in the telecommunications space. His love for motorcycles dates back to 1998 in his university days. Though he paused riding after graduation, the fire never went out — and in 2025 the motorcylist in him roared back to life.
Driven by community spirit, John is excited to give back by serving as Treasurer. He is passionate about growing and energizing the motorcylist community, building a culture of responsible riding, and pushing together toward bigger and bolder achievements.
