1. Our Being – the Group
- We are a COMMUNITY – and you are a VALUED MEMBER
- As motorcyclists, we are a community of like-minded individuals with shared-interests.
- We are made up of riders, pillion passengers and other interested parties.
- We come together to the welfare of motorcyclists in Ngong & beyond.
- We work together to promote the good name of motorcyclists everywhere.
- We are a group of willing participants.
- We welcome all private motorcylists irrespective of engine capacity of motorcycle.
- No one person can make decisions affecting the group, without involving the whole group.
- In cases where views and opinions vary significantly, a vote may also be taken.
- The process of voting is through:
- Physical Meetings, if a quorum of more than 50% are present.
- Online meetings, if a quorum of more than 50% are present.
- WhatsApp on online (website) polls.
2. Our Goals
- Enjoy riding our motorcycles.
- Encourage and improve Motorcycle safety.
- Lobby for laws favorable to motorcyclists.
- Engagement with the wider communities where we live & with other road users.
- Create broader awareness and understanding of motorcycling.
- Partner with other similar groups and other related to road use.
- Grow the group to be the best motorcycle group in Kenya.
3. Officials
- The group shall have officials who will guide the activities of the group.
- The group officials will act on behalf of the group and the groups interests.
- Officials shall do everything possible to ensure that the group thrives.
- Officials shall coordinate activities and opportunities for all to participate.
- Officials shall implement inclusion initiatives – no one is left out and no one is left behind.
- The process of Voting for officials will be preceded by nominations of capable persons.
- All the officials will be due for replacement every 1 year, in the month of October.
- Officials who have resigned from their positions, will be replaced through the voting process.
- Outgoing officials will avail themselves for a smooth handover to the incoming officials.
4. Members
- As a member, you are expected to engage and participate in group activities
- Meetings,
- Voting,
- Group rides,
- Training, and
- Other social activities.
- In all activities, we shall behave with decorum and sensitivity towards each other.
- We shall all bear a mind of helpfulness and conscientiousness.
- We may be different, but as motorcyclists we embrace one another.
- We do not discriminate.[i]
- We recognize all backgrounds, perspectives, experiences and views in the group.
- We all have a right to speak in the group discussions and activities.
- We recognize that no one has a monopoly of knowledge.
- We agree that we can all learn something from each other.
- We shall be willing participants when called up to assist officials carry out their duties.
- We shall share information about our trades, capabilities and businesses with other members
- We shall seek out and give preference members who provide services or goods that we seek
- We shall refrain from fraudulent activity

(1) Every person is equal before the law and has the right to equal protection and equal benefit of the law.
(2) Equality includes the full and equal enjoyment of all rights and fundamental freedoms.
(3) Women and men have the right to equal treatment, including the right to equal opportunities in political, economic, cultural and social spheres.
(4) The State shall not discriminate directly or indirectly against any person on any ground, including race, sex, pregnancy, marital status, health status, ethnic or social origin, colour, age, disability, religion, conscience, belief, culture, dress, language or birth.
(5) A person shall not discriminate directly or indirectly against another person on any of the grounds specified or contemplated in clause (4).
